The Benefits of Nature

It is so important for us to connect with nature. There is a special relationship between humans and nature. We’re designed to be on this Earth, and nature is everything that is on this Earth. The grass, the trees, the air, all of those things are so critical to us.

This episode examines  some of the ways the system we currently live in seems designed to discourage us from spending time in nature. The televisions, computers, cell phones, video games, and all the other distractions. Not to mention the amount of time we are required to devote to working as adults, or to the school day as children.

This episode highlights the various benefits humans receive from interacting with nature. The episode ends by suggesting ways we can easily and effectively connect with nature.
